Also I have ring alarm security system exposed in homekit. I have my hardwired sensors exposed in homekit through envisalink. You can use other alarm states to write automations though. So even if Abode is homekit compatible Homekit wont allow you to write an automation to trigger an alarm system using other sensors. Homekit itself does not support triggering an alarm system if thats what you are after. Once I get it setup, I can let you know all of the trigger and actions that are possible.
There may be some other actions like record a video clip for the Iota camera, but I haven't been able to setup HomeKit yet based on some issues Abode currently has with generating a HomeKit key. So in your example, if you setup a HomeKit automation where the trigger is a motion detection from the Philips sensor, the only action you can really do with HomeKit compatible Abode devices is set the Abode system to a different mode (i.e. This means you will be able to create automations or scenes from within the Home app that utilize your supported Abode devices and other HomeKit devices you have.
